Our Dream...
Our dream is to be an Incarnational Church, in the Community for the Community. As Jesus came, we go!
Our Core Values.... These values result from our belief that as Christians we have entered into a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ. This life has transformed the way we relate to each other and the community. Central to this transformation is freedom. We believe that Christ has set us free to live full and spiritually abundant lives. At Shiloh we encourage people in this

freedom, teaching that while freedom is liberating, it also necessitates living responsibly toward one another and God.We are not a rigid or legalistic church bound by ought tos that restricts a persons biblical expression of freedom. The following values guide us as we live out our faith at Shiloh.
Community.... A Christians life is intended by God to be lived in community. This connection with others is necessary to experience fulfillment as a believer. At Shiloh, loving, forgiving, praying, healing, and serving are essential to our relationships with one another and central in our expression of community. Healthy and effective spiritual growth takes place in the context of these relationships. We are united together in Christ on lifes journey for mutual support and encouragement in a common mission, sharing both joy and hardship, in being transformed individually and as a community into his likeness. We desire that active love and devotion to one another witness to all that we are followers of Christ.
Authenticity ....We want people to feel comfortable to be real with each other and God. We are committed to open and honest relationships, acknowledging that shortcomings are part of the human condition not to be denied or covered-up, but shared with humility and in expectation of encouragement and understanding. We respect differences of opinions and agree to disagree without being disagreeable. We desire that the genuine quality and integrity of our lives be attractive to others and honoring to God.
Creativity ....As the heavens and the earth declare the glory of God, so do we, when as followers of Jesus Christ, we are free to express our creativity. Being created in Gods image, our lives bare the signature of our creator when we too are creative. At Shiloh, we encourage creativity and innovative thinking as essential expressions of attributes our Heavenly Father has given to us to glorify him and reveal him to the world. We are committed to fostering a culture that is flexible, teachable and not adverse to change, welcoming exciting new things that God is doing among us, recognizing that the Holy Spirit is active in the creativity of our faith community.
Reconciliation.... Just as God reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ we are called by God to a ministry of reconciliation. As Christians we are messengers of the King of the Universe proclaiming the Good News that God offers forgiveness of sin and restored relationship with Himself to those who place their faith in his son Jesus Christ. Joy and gratitude for our salvation compels us to be available to God as instruments in the world of his restorative, transforming, love. We are not confined by ethnic, economic, or cultural barriers as we wholeheartedly seek to champion the biblical virtues of mercy and justice.
Spiritual Vibrancy ....We value spiritual disciplines that link us to Christians through the ages. We believe that the study of Scripture, prayer, worship, and service are vital to the growth and spiritual well being of every follower of Jesus Christ. However, we also believe that in order to experience life to the full in Christ we must embrace the wonder and mystery of all creation and of our creator, celebrating that God is too majestic and profound to be reduced to an intellectual construct easily followed through means of a simplistic formula. We do not seek to put God in a box, acknowledging that his character and nature surpasses our understanding.
